Hello,

I hope you are all well and your studies are progressing well.

CIH published the 30th anniversary edition of the UK Housing Review earlier this week. As you are registered with the Housing Academy and have free membership of CIH for the duration of your studies I wanted to bring this to your attention because this year CIH have made access to this review a member benefit.

You can download a full version of the UK Housing Review on the CIH website.

The Housing Review provides the most comprehensive analysis of what is happening in the housing sector across the UK, backed by a collection of statistics on everything from government investment to how many people are sleeping rough.

Depending on the qualification or units you are studying, or simply to broaden your overall understanding of current UK housing, you might want to browse the content and follow up some of the articles. It is not a requirement of the qualification/units you are studying.  As its name suggests, the UK Housing Review takes a UK-wide perspective and considers the housing landscape in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Kind regards

Kirsty Cooper
